Challenge: How to connect Pistonhead’s brand values to a collaborative art show.
Epiphany: Take over a hidden chapel in Hackney Road to create a mausoleum of drawings and images. Their world is the interior of a compulsive mind: one that craves lust, nature and the esoteric. Morella is the spawn of a profound, homogenous collaboration that refuses to be confined.
Output: A room full of drawings made by the combined hands of. ELX transfromed the mausoleam into completely immersive space.
Outcome: A two month show where cool East London kids get to experience art in alliance with Pistonhead. The viewer becomes the participant in the artits’ psychedelic dream.
