A year round multi-market collaboration

An internal and external marketing project for team building and client engagement

Working in partnership with Joelle’s Driving Change with Art across London, Paris and New York, we engaged with artists, designers and consultants to develop a year round program of employee and client engagement for la Reunion Aerienne and Spatiale.

3 client events were hosted in the three cities featuring artworks and experiences anchored in the brand’s values. We worked with Lindsay Pickett, Will Gallia and Charlie Sutcliffe in London; Joelle Deroy  and Jacob Armitage in Paris and Xavier Roux in NYC to deliver the “Art is in the Air” series.

An internal team building event was also developed for 150 staff in Paris working with Jacob Armitage to develop an “Air and Space” inspired mandala. 3 mandalas were made available and the teams worked together over an afternoon, managed by Driving Change with Art and ELX, to develop their own artworks.

The “Art is in the Air” program delivered increased trust and collaboration between internal teams and led to the solidification of client relationships across key markets. Some artworks were distributed to participant and overs have been kept and used within La Reunion Aerienne and Spatiale’s offices.
