Kate is a Scottish visual artist and medal maker. She graduated from the Edinburgh College of Art in 2008.
Kate graduated from at the Edinburgh College of Art in 2008. Much of her work involves relief, along with metal casting and as such, much of her work is in bronze and iron. Kate’s other medium of choice is drawing.
Kate has worked with the British Art Medal Society and held the title of Bound New Medalist 2011-2012- an award run by the British Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum and the British Art Medal Society. She has also held residency within workshops in Bulgaria, Italy and at the Royal Mint.
